The Clark Financial Group and brokersXpress take your account security and personal privacy very seriously.  We take precautions along industry standards, to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is encrypted online (look for the padlock icon on your browser to verify security). We invest in leading security technology and have developed procedural safeguards to ensure that our processes meet or exceed industry standards. We protect your information by receiving and sending it on the secured portion of our website. We use firewalls and Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology among other methods to prevent unauthorized access to your account information.

Even if you choose to access our customer areas, which are designed for account holders only, you are required to provide your login and your individually selected password. For the sake of privacy and confidentiality, we require that such information is passed between us in an encrypted manner. Your password should never be shared with anyone and should be changed frequently. Secure password changes may be made online at anytime from your account profile page while logged in, or from the login page if not logged in.

We also have procedures in place to protect your information off-line. Your information is restricted in our offices; only employees and third-party service providers who need the information to perform their job are granted access to your information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices and our service providers are contractually obligated to keep information confidential.

We do not sell customer (current or former) information to third parties. Any information shared by us is done so to fulfill our legal and regulatory requirements or to provide you with the products and services you have requested. We require all third parties with whom we share your information to agree to keep it confidential.

Financial Stability of your Account Assets
